+ Do you give design advice on the initial meeting?
Not on the first meeting. Our designers need to thoroughly assess the space first, both onsite and back in the office to review all the information collected before they can give accurate advice to achieve the best outcome for your space.
+ How much does it cost to have a design brief put together?
As each client has different requirements, it is very difficult to determine the cost of your design brief until you’ve had the initial site assessment with your designer and discussed your needs. Following that site assessment your designer will be able to estimate how long the design scheme will take to create for you and will present you with a quote before you commit.
+ How long will it take to have a design concept put together?
The standard lead time is 4 to 8 weeks once the design consultation fee is received, however this can sometimes vary depending on the current work load of your designer.
+ Do I have to proceed with the design concept?
Once your design scheme has been presented to you, there is no obligation to proceed with design consultation, however most clients find it convenient, timely and cost saving for us to look after design for them.
+ What if I don’t like the design concept?
Our main goal is to create the best possible outcome for you and your home, our designers will work with you thoroughly exploring your ideas and visions for your home during the project brief stage to ensure we head in the right direction.
+ Can I make changes to my design concept?
Of course! If there has been something that has been selected for you that isn’t quite to your liking, your designer will discuss alternative options with you to ensure you the best possible solution has been found.
+ Once the design consultation is presented, can you implement the design and manage the works?
Absolutely! Many projects commence through to installation stage, which we take care of implementing the works, managing the project, sourcing and installing the pieces curated for you.
+ Do you offer a paint selection service?
We can do as part of a design project, however not in isolation.
+ I only require a few furniture pieces; do you offer a styling services by the hour?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer design services by the hour. If you are only looking at a few furniture pieces you’re more than welcome to visit or contact our showroom and we will do our best to find the pieces you are looking for from our supplier catalogues.
+ Where do you source the furniture pieces from?
We have access to a large range of wholesale suppliers both locally here in Melbourne and overseas. Our custom-made furniture and cabinetry pieces are made right here in Melbourne by fine furniture and cabinet makers that source quality materials that take great pride in their work.
+ Do you offer discounts on furniture pieces?
Our pricing is very competitive within the designer furniture market. Although we don’t offer promotional discounts that you see in general retail furniture stores, we always ensure you are getting the best price, especially if you have an entire room to furnish.
